MTC's special inspection and construction materials testing services are being put to good use during new construction at the historical Stadium High School in Tacoma.  MTC is acting as the independetn inspection agency for a range of complex construction techniques that are employed to address structural and site challenges.  These include: post-tensioned concrete and soil nailing.
